Refund policy

Refunds/returns or exchanges on purchases must happen within 7 days following the receipt of your HTX Mercantile product. Please contact us to initiate a return. We do not offer returns or exchanges on personalized items or apothecary. No exceptions.

Sale/ Clearance Items are final sale & not eligible for a return or exchange.

If you return any product that has evidence of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

No returns after 30 days.
